Rob Waddell

As Area Manager for Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Nassau, Rob joined Iacono in 2025. He brings more than 15 years of air compressor industry experience to his role as the Area Manager for Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island.

Rob began his career as a service technician and has grown into leadership by working across mechanical, technical, engineering, and construction disciplines. He now joins New York’s best Air Compressor House and we are pleased to have him. Rob’s focus is to keep delivering energy-efficient, reliable solutions that his customers have come to count on.

As a Long Island native, husband, and father, Rob takes pride in building lasting relationships and driving operational excellence. Rob brings the same commitment to every customer and team he supports.
