The Atlas Copco G 2-7 oil-injected screw air compressors are designed to be energy efficient, dependable, and cost-effective. They are made to handle tough working conditions while running quietly, with sound levels between 61 and 67 dB(A).
These compressors are built to meet important quality standards, which helps make them reliable and easy to use. They can operate in hot environments up to 46°C/115°F and are available in two versions: a Pack model, or a Full Feature model with a built-in air dryer.
The G 2-7 series includes models from 2 kW to 7 kW . The main components include a modern compression element, an energy-efficient motor, a controller, an air-oil separator, and an air filter. Full Feature models also include a refrigerated dryer that removes moisture from the air using an environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Here is how it works: air enters through the filter and inlet valve, then goes into the compression element where it is compressed. After that, the air passes through the air-oil separator, then through the pressure valve and into the receiver tank if included. In Full Feature models, the air then goes through the dryer before it is sent out for use.
These compressors are built to save energy, take up little space, and reduce maintenance needs. Their industry leading filtration and smart control system help keep them running smoothly, while the enclosed design helps keep noise low enough for use in most workplaces.
